All communication, updates, and project work are handled during working days and hours.

Whether you come with a fully developed concept or just the beginning of an idea, our role is to guide your project in the right direction.

Some clients already know exactly what they want. Others come to us looking for guidance, structure, and creative direction. Both approaches are welcome.

If you’re still developing your concept, our Branding and Creative Direction services help define your identity, refine your vision, and build a strong foundation before moving into design and production.

Working With GTB Studio

To ensure the best experience for every client:

• If a project is paused by the client, it resumes according to our current production schedule.

• Rush services may be available depending on our availability.

Every project receives the time, care, and precision it deserves. Estimated timelines may vary depending on the scope of work.

How Our Process Works?

Every project follows a simple and structured process to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

1. Get in Touch
Contact us through Instagram or email to tell us about your project.

2. Explore Our Services
Before moving forward, we’ll ask you to review our website so you can understand our services, process, and what to expect when working with GTB Studio.

3. Project Consultation
Once you’ve reviewed the information, we’ll discuss your project, answer your questions, and help you choose the service that best fits your needs.

4. Reserve Your Project
When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive a private booking link to secure your project and reserve your place in our schedule.

5. Project Onboarding
After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the next steps, any information we need from you, and your project timeline.

6. Design & Delivery
We begin creating your project according to the agreed scope and keep you informed throughout the process until your final files are delivered.

This structured process allows us to provide every client with the attention, organization, and quality each project deserves.

Information We’ll Request by Email

Once your project has been confirmed, we’ll contact you by email to gather the information needed to begin your project. Depending on your selected service, we’ll ask you to provide:

• A brief description of your project or idea

• Visual references (Pinterest board, screenshots, images, or links)

• What you’d like to create (a single piece, a set, a collection, a brand, a logo, or an AI/visual marketing campaign)

• Any specific requirements or preferences

• Your desired timeline (if applicable)

This information allows us to evaluate your project, organize your workflow, and ensure we have everything needed before work begins.

Missing or incomplete information may delay the start of your project and affect the estimated timeline.

Revisions & Communication

Every service includes a defined number of revisions and confirmations.

We work step by step. We present progress, you review, and you confirm until the desired final result is reached.

Your communication is required during this phase, as this is how revisions are handled.

Revisions are intended for:

• Adjustments

• Corrections

• Refinements

Small changes and final tweaks can be made during the revision stage to ensure everything is correct.

They are not intended for:

• Major concept changes

• Restarting a project from zero

• Compensating for missing preparation

Clear preparation and structured feedback keep the process smooth and efficient.

Once the process is completed, you will receive the final version of your deliverable(s).

Booking & Project Start

Once you are ready and have all required information prepared:

1. Select the appropriate service

2. Submit your booking request

3. Receive confirmation of availability

4. Complete full payment to secure your slot

5. The project is scheduled and work begins according to the agreed scope

Work begins only once full payment has been received.

Only projects that follow this structure move forward.

Refund Police

Each project at GTB Studio is custom-made and scheduled specifically for each client. Once your booking has been confirmed, we reserve dedicated time in our schedule for your project.

For this reason, payments are non-refundable once a project has been booked and work has begun.

In the event of exceptional circumstances, we’ll review the situation individually and discuss an appropriate solution where possible.

Final Note

GTB Studio is built for brands and creatives who value quality, structure, and a thoughtful creative process.

Our Space

GTB Studio is currently developing a physical studio location.

Once completed, the space will be open for in-person visits by appointment, offering a dedicated environment for creative work and client collaboration.
