At GTB.studio, you work with an in-house fashion designer and sketch artist who guides your project with a clear, professional structure from concept to execution.
We’ve helped clients in the past year turn ideas into real fashion projects, from first concepts to production-ready collections.

Our working schedule is Monday to Friday.

All communication, updates, and project work are handled during working days and hours.

This structure allows us to stay focused, organized, and deliver each project with the attention and precision it requires

What We Do?

We run a design studio dedicated to helping you build your fashion project the right way.
Our services include:

• Visual design (sketches & flats)

• Technical production (tech packs)

• Brand identity & structure

• Full creative direction

• Launch preparation

• AI campaigns and photoshoots for visual marketing

Whether you come with a full plan or only an aesthetic,

our role is to give your vision shape, direction, and clarity within the scope of the service selected.

For projects that include Branding or Design Direction, guidance and concept development are part of the process.

For projects without Branding or Design Direction, clients must come with a clear and specific vision.

In these cases, we work strictly based on the direction, references, and information provided.

We do not develop concepts, ideas, or creative direction unless a Branding or Design Direction package is involved.

Many of our clients start with only an idea or an aesthetic.

That’s exactly why our Branding and Design Direction packages exist, to guide you, structure your ideas, and transform your vision into something clear, professional, and ready to become a real brand.

We do not work with:

• Projects that are rushed with unrealistic deadlines
  (a rush fee may be available depending on availability)

• People who disappear for weeks and expect instant delivery afterward
  (if a client becomes inactive for personal reasons, the project resumes only once all previously booked work before and after that period has been completed)

• Clients who don’t respect the process or the time required

• Communication that crosses professional boundaries

Every service requires time to be delivered with precision and care.

All timelines provided are estimates and reflect the real work behind each step.

Working with us is a collaboration built on mutual respect, clarity, and trust.

All work is handled Monday to Friday only.

How Our Process Works?

Every project follows a clear and structured flow:

1. You read this file

2. You prepare and submit your idea, references, or direction

3. You choose the service that fits your needs

4. You book or request a slot

5. We execute the work based on the agreed scope

6. You receive professional, usable deliverables

For standalone services, all direction and information must be provided before the project begins.

For Full Branding or Full Design Direction, guidance and development are part of the service.

This structure exists to avoid delays, confusion, and unnecessary back-and-forth.

Information Required Before Booking

Before contacting us, please make sure you have the following prepared:

• A brief description of your project or idea

• Visual references (Pinterest board, screenshots, images, links)

• What you want to create
  (one piece, a set, a collection, a brand, a logo, or an AI/visual marketing campaign)

• The service you intend to book

• A general timeline you are working with

This information is required to evaluate your project and confirm whether it fits the selected service.

Incomplete information may result in delays or refusal to proceed.

Revisions & Communication

Every service includes a defined number of revisions and confirmations.

We work step by step. We present progress, you review, and you confirm until the desired final result is reached.

Your communication is required during this phase, as this is how revisions are handled.

Revisions are intended for:

• Adjustments

• Corrections

• Refinements

Small changes and final tweaks can be made during the revision stage to ensure everything is correct.

They are not intended for:

• Major concept changes

• Restarting a project from zero

• Compensating for missing preparation

Clear preparation and structured feedback keep the process smooth and efficient.

Once the process is completed, you will receive the final version of your deliverable(s).

Booking & Project Start

Once you are ready and have all required information prepared:

1. Select the appropriate service

2. Submit your booking request

3. Receive confirmation of availability

4. Complete full payment to secure your slot

5. The project is scheduled and work begins according to the agreed scope

Work begins only once full payment has been received.

Only projects that follow this structure move forward.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once a project has been confirmed and scheduled.

Due to the custom and time-based nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for work already started or reserved time slots.

In the event a project cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, an appropriate solution will be discussed.
